Newsletter — When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is transmitted to Wix.com Ltd. (Wix Email Marketing / Ascend), the processor in charge of managing the list and sending the emails. No other data is requested. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
Email — If you write to us by email, your address, your name (if provided) and the content of your message are kept for the time needed to reply.
Legal bases
Newsletter: your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6 §1 a), withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link in every issue.
Email exchanges: performance of pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest in answering your request.
Retention period
Newsletter: as long as you remain subscribed, plus 30 days after unsubscribing for consent traceability.
Emails: 24 months after the last interaction, unless a case requires longer retention.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your personal data. You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to info@martelange.lu — we reply within one month.

Audience measurement — Google Analytics 4
With your consent, the Site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure traffic on the Site and on its promotional placements (page views, impressions of and clicks on placements, folder pages viewed).
Cookies set only after acceptance: _ga and _ga_*, with a maximum lifetime of 13 months. Without acceptance, or after refusal, no cookie is set and Google Analytics is not loaded.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6 §1 a), collected through the banner shown on your first visit and valid for 6 months.
Retention period: Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months, according to the setting applied to the property.
Transfers outside the European Union: data may be processed by Google outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by Google (notably the standard contractual clauses).
Withdrawal of consent: at any time, via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Refusing deletes the _ga and _ga_* cookies.
